We offer free shipping on orders over €100! Below €100 shipping is €4,95.

1. Create return label

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can register a return for the products you wish to return or exchange.

2. Packaging

Pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging or a sturdy box of your choice. Stick the return label clearly visible on the package.

3. Shipping

Take your return shipment to a parcel point of the selected carrier as soon as possible and hand it in there.

4. Refund or exchange

Once we receive your return, we will process it as soon as possible. You will then receive a refund or we will send you exchanged items.

Not sure about the right size?

First check which size the model is wearing - that can often give a good indication. If an item is larger or smaller than normal, we always mention that in the product description.

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, our sale items cannot be returned . Because these items are sold at a discount, they fall outside our standard return policy. We therefore advise you to carefully check the size information and product description before ordering. Are you in doubt?
